Yes.

BMW Roadside Assistance is free for 4 years. There is no mileage limit.

When does it begin and end?

It begins the day the BMW is sold to the first owner. It transfers between owners, and ends when the time limit is reached.

DETAILS & EXCLUSIONS

Fuel delivery

Available four times per year.

Operating fluid delivery

Free BMW Roadside Assistance covers the delivery only for fluids other than fuel.

Operating fluid is provided at the owner’s expense.

On-site services are not covered by warranty claims. If the vehicle is deemed inoperable, towing will be offered instead.

Locksmith services

Traditional lockout reentry methods are not recommended for BMW vehicles. Instead, use the BMW Connected App to initiate a remote unlock.

A username and password is required. If you forgot your login credentials, then contact tech support at 888.333.6118.

Tire changes

A technician will exchange your flat tire with your working spare tire. A functional spare is required.

Towing will be offered if a tire change is not possible.

Removal and mounting of snow tires and chains is excluded, but may be assisted at the driver’s expense.

Battery jump starts

Jumper cables will be provided by the technician.

Replacement batteries are not included with free BMW Roadside Assistance.

Emergency towing

Available for mechanical breakdowns, hazard damage, and collisions.

You can have your vehicle towed to the dealer of your choice if it is within 50 additional miles of the nearest dealer.

Towing beyond this threshold is at the owner’s expense.

Free BMW Roadside Assistance is offered to get you and your vehicle to safety, and should not be utilized for any other purpose.
