Your vehicle will be towed to the nearest dealer.
Who provides help when I call the free roadside assistance phone number?

Automotive companies hire third parties to provide 24 hour help to car owners.
​Cross Country Automotive Services (aka Agero) is the most common 24 hour emergency service. Hence, the most common answer is: your local tow truck company will provide free help to you, which will be monitored by Agero, which will be paid for by the car company.

Is the second owner covered?

Yes, subsequent owners are covered for the duration listed starting from the original owner's purchase date.

What if my vehicle is not within the duration listed?

If your free roadside assistance has expired, you may still receive help for a discounted fee. Call the vehicle roadside assistance phone number for details. If you purchased a service contract at the time of sale, you will have protection as long as the contract is active.
