COVERAGE DETAILS AND EXCLUSIONS

Flat tire changes

Technicians will exchange your flat tire with your spare tire or assist with your inflator kit if equipped instead of a spare.

Providers cannot offer replacement wheels and tires at the time of service. Exchanging the spare for an actual tire later is the owner’s responsibility. If you do not have a functional spare, then your vehicle will be towed to the nearest dealer where you can purchase the needed parts.

Snow chains, traction devices, and off-road usage are excluded from service.

Lockout service

A locksmith will be dispatched to help you gain access to your vehicle. Identification will be required for security purposes. GM may unlock your vehicle remotely via OnStar if equipped.

Replacement keys are not provided. The cost of cutting a new key, or programming an existing key, is the responsibility of the owner.

Emergency fuel delivery

A provider will be dispatched with enough fuel to get you to the nearest gas station, normally $5 worth of fuel.

Battery jump start

Quick charge only. Replacement batteries and diagnostics are not provided. If repairs are needed, GM can offer towing instead.

All services are provided on public roadways only.
