DETAILS & EXCLUSIONS

Out-of-gas fuel delivery

Emergency services will provide enough fuel for your vehicle to be driven to the nearest gas station. Mechanical evaluations cannot be provided by the delivery driver.

If you are experiencing mechanical issues, your vehicle may be towed to the nearest Jeep dealer instead. The cost of mechanical repairs is the owner’s responsibility.

Locksmith services

Government issued identification is required due to security concerns. Once ownership is authenticated, the locksmith will gain entry to the vehicle for the owner.

Replacement keys are not offered. If your keys are lost or broken, Jeep may offer towing instead. The cost of additional keys is the owner’s responsibility.

Flat tire change

Replacement tires are not included.

Roadside technicians will replace your flat tire with your working spare, or assist you with your inflator kit if equipped.

Dead battery jump

Replacement batteries are not offered.

Roadside technicians will supply jumper cables to get your vehicle running so you can drive it to a repair facility for evaluation.

Towing to the nearest dealership

Diagnostics and repairs are not offered by emergency roadside providers. The cost of towing to any other location besides the nearest dealership is not covered.

Free Jeep roadside assistance is offered to get you and your vehicle to safety, and should not be utilized for any other purpose.
