DETAILS & EXCLUSIONS

Battery jump start

Dead batteries in stored vehicles caused by lack of use are not included. Replacement batteries are the owner’s responsibility.

For actual roadside emergencies, Porsche will dispatch an authorized provider with jumper cables to get you back on the road.

Flat tire service

If an onsite repair is possible, an authorized provider will repair your flat tire or change it with your working spare.

Depending on your Porsche’s tire and wheel specs, the provider may need to tow the vehicle to the nearest dealer to complete the repair.

New tires are not included.

Emergency fuel delivery

Limited to 5 times per year. Enough fuel will be provided to get you to a nearby fuel station. There is no charge for the fuel.

Out of charge service

Limited to 5 charges per year. Porsche will tow your vehicle to the nearest charging station.

Lockout service

If you are locked out of your vehicle and remote access is not possible, a technician will be dispatched to regain access.

The cost of replacement keys is not included.

Towing

Limited to warrantable breakdowns.

Porsche will tow you to the dealer of your choice within 50 miles of the breakdown location.

If your mechanical concern is not covered under your standard warranty, then the towing expense is not covered.

Extrication winch service

If you get stuck in mud, snow, sand, or a ditch, then free Porsche Roadside Assistance can winch you out as long as your vehicle is adjacent to a regularly traveled road and the extrication is possible using standard servicing equipment.

Technical 4x4 trail excursions are excluded.

Trip interruption coverage

If you break down due to a warranty issue and you are more than 100 miles from your primary residence, Porsche will reimburse your expenses for meals, lodging, and alternate transportation up to $250 per day for a maximum of 3 days.

Free Porsche Roadside Assistance is offered to get you and your vehicle to safety, and should not be utilized for any other purpose.
