DETAILS & EXCLUSIONS
Emergency fuel delivery
A service technician will bring enough fuel for you to drive to a nearby fuel station.
Lockout protection
Toyota will verify your identity and ownership before dispatching a locksmith to your location. The technician will gain access only, and cannot provide key services.
Tire services
If you are stranded due to a flat tire, no need to change it yourself. Free Toyota Roadside Assistance will change your flat for your usable spare tire.
Your spare must be inflated. If a quick tire change is not possible, towing will be offered instead.
The cost of replacement tires is the owner’s expense.
Battery jump starts
Dead batteries can often be safely jump-started so you can drive to a service center to test your current battery and purchase a replacement.
Replacement batteries are not included with free Toyota Roadside Assistance.
Winching
A tech can winch you out of a ditch when you’re stuck in the mud or snow, but it’s limited to events near public roadways.
Expert offroad help is not covered by the free Toyota Roadside Assistance. Extrication must be capable using standard service equipment.
Towing to the nearest dealership
Toyota will tow your vehicle to the nearest dealer, or to your preferred dealer if it is within 25 miles of the closest dealer.
Free Toyota Roadside Assistance is offered to get you and your vehicle to safety, and should not be utilized for any other purpose.
