What does the MB extended warranty cover?

Mercedes-Benz Extended Limited Warranty (ELW) covers the cost of repairs for the powertrain, convertible tops, climate controls, power seats, electronics, navigation, audio, suspension, supercharger, 4-wheel drive, fuel injection, and more.

The main things not covered are listed as COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS as shown below.
Coverage Exclusions List

When does it begin and end?

The Mercedes-Benz extended warranty begins when the bumper-to-bumper factory warranty expires.

This occurs when either the time or mileage threshold is reached, whichever happens first.

If you drive 50,000 miles in 2 years, then your factory warranty will expire, and the extended warranty will begin at that moment.

The extended warranty ends when the additional time beyond 4 years passes or when the odometer reading reaches the selected mileage limit.

The mileage is not in addition to the current odometer reading, but the years are in addition to the standard warranty.

How much is the repair copay?

No deductible!

There is no copay for covered repairs. Mercedes will pay in full including parts and labor.
