DETAILS & EXCLUSIONS

Fuel delivery

A technician will deliver 3 gallons of fuel to you free of charge so you can drive to a nearby fuel station.

Lock-out services

Service is provided only to owners whose keys are locked inside the vehicle.

A technician will be dispatched to your location to gain entry. Replacement keys are not included.

Trip interruption expenses

If your vehicle becomes inoperable overnight more than 150 miles from your home address, and a warranty repair is needed, Hyundai will reimburse partial expenses for food, lodging, and transportation.

Reimbursement is limited to $100 per day and 3 days maximum per occurrence.

Dead battery jumps

Jumper cables will be dispatched to your location with a specialist to assist in getting you back on the road. Replacement batteries are not included.

Flat tire change

Mounting snow tires and chains is not covered. Owner must have a working spare tire.

Towing to the dealership

If your vehicle is inoperable, a specialist will tow your vehicle to the nearest dealership. The destination dealer will review the problem and provide repair options and coverage details.

Tow drivers are not authorized to verify claims for inoperable vehicles.
