Why are SAIC and Dongfeng omitted from the revenue report?

SAIC sold 5.5 million vehicles for $119 billion in revenue for 2021, but about 4.3 million of these sales came from other brands, with the majority coming from GM and VW.

Foreign brands cannot sell vehicles in China unless they are affiliated with a Chinese-owned company. Both SAIC and Dongfeng are owned by the Chinese government, and the majority of their revenue comes from other automakers like GM, VW, Honda, and Nissan.
